The Semyonov Readings are held for the 19th time as a tribute to associate professor and the founder of the Faculty of Foreign Languages of the Yakut State University, now Institute of Modern Languages and International Studies, NEFU, Apolloniy Semyonov (28.12.1903 – 23.10.1977). Apolloniy Semyonov made a great contribution to the development of linguistic education in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). He was awarded the title of the “Honored School Teacher of the YASSR”. He was also awarded medals “For Labor Valor in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-45”, “For Valiant Labor in Commemoration of the 100th Vladimir Lenin Anniversary”. He received honorary diplomas from the University and the government of the Republic. Detailed information presented on the conference page.
CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS
Students, undergraduates of educational institutions of secondary and higher professional education of Russia, students of schools of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) are invited to participate. Graduate students are also invited to participate in the conference out of the general competition for the best reports. The selected articles will be included in the conference proceedings.

Russian, English (The presentation at the conference and the article should be delivered in one of the working languages, translation and interpretation at the conference will not be provided).

REGISTRATION SELECTION OF ARTICLES
— Until March 1, 2024 until 23:59 p.m. (Yakut time) – until 17:59 (by Moscow time) fill in the application form and attach your article on the web page of the conference https://www.s-vfu.ru/Semyonov.
— March 2, 2024, the electronic registration system will be closed, the application process will be stopped. From March 4 to March 11, 2024, the selection of the received articles for inclusion into the Conference Program will be carried out. The participants will receive a notification of the selection results to the email address specified during registration.
